how to rotate a Bourdon outturn design it's very easy press the shift and this ice field will appear with chief without after shifts pressed you press the right mouse button and change anywhere you want very smoothly one thing that is very common is people trying to do the same with the right Mouse with the left mouse button then this error message appear always use the right mouse button then we work
