hello everyone this is my second tutorial on katya v5 beginner series today in this video we are gonna see that how can you rotate move or zoom in or out the object that you have created with the help of mouse or without mouse by with the help of keypad or some given inbuilt tools in the category file and if you wish to watch my previous video an introduction to user interface of katya v5 i have provided the link in description and also you can click here to watch that video without any delay let's start this video first of all let me create a part for a better explanation currently i'm in a mechanical design part design workbench so to create an error click on sketch select any of this plane click here profile tool make an arrow make sure that sketch you have created should be of a closed profile after creating a sketch click on exit to extrude this sketch click on the pad definition let's make it to 50 select the sketch click ok to move your body press the middle mouse button then drag it around the area to rotate this part first of all press the middle mouse button and then right click and then rotate your part by moving your mouse for a zoom in or out press the middle mouse button then press the right click for a one time and then if you move it a downward side it will zoom out and if you move it upwards it will zoom in now what if you don't have mouse or you have faulty mouse don't worry you can do all these things with the help of in-built tools provided by the catria or you can also perform rotation and movement of part with the help of keyboard encompass here you will see some highlighted yellow lines so if i want to move my parts in any direction x y or z so i'll click on that line and drag it if i want to rotate my part about z x or y axis i will click on this curvature line and i'll drag it after clicking on that there is one more way that you can move or rotate your path you can also perform zoom in or out so here in the bottom left corner you will see a bunch of tools if you click on this pen tool you can move your body around the area if you click on this rotate tool you can rotate your part if you click on this zoom in button so your part will be rolling and this will zoom out your part here this is a normal view if i click on this surface i click on normal tool so my whole part will be normal to this surface this multiple view option will create a multiple view of my parts for me i can view my parts with different angle at the same time this isometric view option i can choose my parts to be viewed isometric angle i can select front view i can select back view i can select left side view right right side view top view bottom view now to move your part with your keyboard first of all press the ctrl key and then press any of the arrow keys to move your parts right left up down and to rotate your part press the shift key and press any of the four keys for arrow keys now what happen if you just scroll your mouse so it will just scroll your specification tree if you press ctrl and then scroll your mouse it will zoom in or zoom out in specification tray if you press the left click and drag it it will select a part sketch or a plane that is all about the moment rotation and zoom in or out if you like this video give me thumbs up and subscribe to this channel
