hello everybody this is Robert here with more rhythmic training today we want to recover the news backup files exercise so the first thing you want to do is we want to go to our start up screen and select the architecture template okay now once we have this open we want to do a save as so let's do this go to file save ask project okay now just little screen will pop up here and I want to save this one my desktop he's trying to find it nice and fast okay now what I would like to do here it's called this let's call this we can call this backup file exercise let's just say backup exercise it just called it back up but now okay and then we want to go to our options bar and right here we want to say this we want to set this to five backups [ __ ] I always wonder what this was here for okay some super not to save any backup so that their flash drive don't feel oh you know normally they would could 1 or 0 here so for this exercise we hope this you'll need five and we'll say ok and we'll save ok saving there now the first thing what you do in architecture tab little walls and then go to the drop down and just draw four walls here just anywhere in this okay now once you have your flow laws gone let's save this still save okay now we're going to do is we're going to add a few more walls that's just our wall sit here look we don't want to do this we want to do the single log of change select attach so I'm gonna go here one there and back up okay we'll add a door here as well okay now we have that place in there mom and let's do let's say this one now okay now let's add a few more logs here and they said on the door so what I'm driving at here is basically you'll see that I'm saving these variants or this is almost worse like design options we've covered that in an earlier video she'd have it there and they'd be at this door and this wall imma save this as well okay now so now what we want to do now is let's just say we and let's add some window see it finished yourself okay let's add one here and one right yeah and then we'll save this now now if you select open and sorry this is not Adobe I don't know why I'm showing these on my screen somebody can let me know how to fix that if they know so here are the backups for several files that we created and see there's our original there's our first one our second and I'm third so let's just open one of these up so I'm just little tyldus and you c3a so these are that the bow that we created this is number four that's the original backup and that's three so basically that's all you do when you wanna work with backup files so that's basically why that number is there so you can recover and use backup files throughout your projects so that's all for this exercise I hope you got something out of it short and sweet one here maybe new subscribers thanks for subscribing and helps me out a lot in any comments or any questions or if anybody can figure out how to get rid of this thing here I don't know why mine is defaulting to Adobe but these are actually River spouse project files the family seemed to be okay but anyway thanks for watching this video any comments put them in the comment section thank you and have a good day bye
